Learning new things

I signed up to take a photography class these past 2 weeks, most of what I know is self taught, I did spend a weekend with a friend of mine that does photography but I wanted a refresher course. I have really enjoyed time with friends and other adults doing what I love. Here are a couple of the pictures I took for my homework assignment. Meg was less than cooperative.

Creating a Shallow depth of field

This is something fun to do while taking photographs. You bring the main object into focus and everything else is kind of blurry. It's called Shallow depth of Field. Fun Stuff!
